Sometimes, a person just can't let good work go unnoticed.  Such is the case of your arborist work at my home 2/1/11. 
 
You came highly recommended by two different sources, so I wasn't surprised at our first meeting when you came out to give me a free estimate of the job at hand.  A person who looks me straight in the eye without wavering while talking business has my attention, and you did.  In our conversation, I could see your genuine love for the healthy oak trees and desire to preserve them.  Your whole goal was to meet my need to have them pruned and at the same time maintain the beauty of the trees involved.  That spoke volumes to me.  It didn't take long for me to decide I wanted to do business with you.
 
Thank you for taking such care of the trees and leaving them still showing their beauty while lifting their branches away from my roof.  Your work was professional and when you left, you took all the mess with you.
 
When my neighbors ask about the price, I simply tell them Juan Sanchez is a very fair-minded, professional businessman.  I recommend you and your crew's work highly.
